Mr. Francis Seme and Rose Kronziah-Seme

Who We Are

The Kronziah Seme Foundation for Education and Charity Inc. is proudly headed by our owners, Mr. Francis Seme and Dr./Mrs. Rose Kronziah-Seme, was born and raised in Half Assini, Ghana. We know the challenges young children go through growing up in the community, from Pre-K through Highschool. We also know how difficult it is for the less privileged to access quality health care. We believe that even with little support and aid, school children will have the peace of mind to study, and the less privileged and in need in the community will enjoy good quality health care. Our goal is not only to give back to the community but also to inspire and urge the youth that we are in this together and they can achieve their aim no matter the obstacles. That is why we are highly honored to start our foundation to help our community.

Mr. Francis Seme is in graduate school studying Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. Before enrolling full-time in UMASS, he was the Metro Regional Coordinator for Mass Advocates Standing Strong. Currently, he is an assistant program manager with Incompass Human Services in Chelmsford, MA.

Dr. Mrs. Rose Kronziah-Seme, Ph.D., MSN, RN, CHSE, is a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing graduate from Walden University. She is currently a Professor and a Nursing Lab and Simulation Director at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Worcester. Dr. Rose has mentored many nursing students in and around the United States. She has also inspired and motivated many.

Our Mission Statement

Our mission is to create a positive and lasting impact on the lives of children in need and the less privileged within the community. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential, and that starts with access to quality education. Beyond education, we also recognize the importance of good health as a foundation for success.
In fulfilling our mission, we are not only changing the lives of individuals but also contributing to the overall well-being and prosperity of the community.

Our vision extends beyond merely providing support – it encompasses a holistic approach to improving the lives of the less privileged. We envision a world where everyone, regardless of their socio-economic background, has access to quality health care, a solid education, and a safe and secure place to call home. In striving to provide these essential resources, we hope to address the root causes of poverty and inequality.

Our main goal since our establishment has been to build a strong and thriving community through social services that alleviate poverty.
